Don’t Sleep on This GOTY Contender: Star Ocean the Second Story R

I can’t believe this is the second Star Ocean game we’ve received in as many years and by all accounts it seems Gemdrops knocked their remake out of the park. Star Ocean the Second Story R has so many quality of life and general gameplay improvements that it almost feels like an entirely new game.

In a year full of incredible games, almost certainly one of the best years we’ve seen, Star Ocean the Second Story R is going to be one to remember.
